A man has been fined $1.75 million for illegally selling erectile dysfunction drugs.
Thefine was ordered by Judge Kenneth R. Seay after a $5 million criminal investigation into a company that sells erectile dysfunction drugs called Eli Lilly.
The company, known as Eli Lilly, said the pills would only be sold to people with a penis size of about 18 inches.
The court heard that the man, who is also known as Mr David Smith, is the owner of the business, which has operations in the Los Angeles area.
